Why my work?
This is a space where you see yourself & your life in a new light. Where you grow and push your thinking to new horizons. And, especially, where you meet yourself with kindness and compassion.
While guiding people on their journeys around the world as a flight attendant, I have constantly worked with and learned from the most diverse people, places, cultures, and situations. This special background and being an NLP Life Coach combines and continuously fuels my passion, inspiration, and knowledge to guide you on your individual path of growth.
I am here to facilitate a process in which you discover answers, resources, and solutions by and within yourself, which you can then tap into in your daily life. You probably find me using the word authentic a lot. In order to create long-lasting and deep results for you, it is very important to me that our work is not about momentarily optimizing ourselves. But about getting to know your authentic, (powerful) self with your individual belief and behaving patterns, in order to integrate them in the process of long-lasting transformation.
Once we gain new perspectives, we see new possibilities. Once we see new possibilities, we have new choices. And making new choices leads us to new outcomes and destinations.

I am excited to welcome you right here, right now.
On my own path, life was and still is my biggest teacher. It continuously challenges me to grow and evolve. It then keeps showing me, what is possible if I keep stepping out of my comfort zone to follow my intuition. Having moved to Berlin, Paris, Frankfurt, Boston, Barcelona and London (so far.. ) has taken me through these processes many times and showed me the worlds that open up if I walk through the unknown.
In all of my personal and professional experiences, personal development and mental health have played the main role, which eventually lead me to become an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Life Coach.
The experiences that have shaped me the most were living and working in Nepal for a project called „Woman empowerment “, teaching English in Indonesia and building and leading an international weekly Group for personal growth & guidance.
Out of my curiosity to learn from life itself and literally opening my horizons, I started from a young age to work for one of the largest airline companies worldwide. Which made the sky and the world become my second home. Besides learning to balance myself and my life while being on different continents and countries every month, week or even day, constantly facing the new, adapting to instant changes, the “real-life school“ of International communication and time management, it most importantly is showing me: no matter how different our stories and backgrounds are, we are deeply united by what makes us human.
Through our thoughts and emotions, fears, deep wishes, dreams and hopes. And once we open up honest conversation(s) to ourselves and one another, we hold the power to inspire, develop and create our own life.
